We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days of receipt and by courier only. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
a. Lloyd’s Register will despatch the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give to Lloyd’s Register at the time you make your order. For goods delivered outside of the EU, the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required.
b. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of despatch of the order. All delivery times quoted on the Webstore are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.
c. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are despatched to you from our distribution centre.
UPS Standard (available to UK & Europe only):
Europe only - Scheduled day-definite delivery within five days throughout Europe depending on origin and destination
UK - economy non-urgent service, delivery by end of the day
UPS Express Saver (available worldwide):
International - guaranteed delivery during the next business day across Europe and fast delivery worldwide, delivery by the end of the day.
End of second business day delivery to most business addresses in the United States and all major business centres in Canada.
Delivery during the day within two to three business days to countries in Asia.
UK - guaranteed delivery during the next business day throughout the country.
UPS Express (available worldwide):
International - guaranteed next morning delivery across Europe and fast delivery worldwide.
Next day delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon to most business addresses in Europe.
Second business day delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon to most business addresses in the United States and major business areas in Canada.
Second day delivery by end of day to all other addresses in the United States and Canada.
Day-definite delivery in 2 to 3 business days as early as 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon to select areas in Asia.
UK - Next-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to and from most business areas within the country.
UPS Expedited (available outside Europe):
International: for less urgent shipments to destinations outside Europe.
An ideal option for less time-sensitive shipments.
If your order is damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
As soon as you find out that you have been sent an incorrect item, contact email@example.com for information on how to return the item and receive your replacement. You will need to return the incorrect item to us within 30 days in order to receive a full refund. You will be sent a replacement, correct item as soon as possible.
Note: In the event of Lloyd's Register Webstore sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to the Fenchurch Street address within 30 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 30 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.
