As of the 1 August 2019, Group communications will no longer be responsible for corporate gifts on the webstore. The decision was taken because we have seen lower demands for stock items, resulting in stocks becoming out of date and because we still get charged for everything we store. Moving forward, business streams will be responsible for their own corporate gift requirements and will liaise directly with our suppliers. Business streams will further collaborate with the regional offices to ensure on demand requirements are met and distributed as required. Guidelines will be available on the Brand café to help ensure all future corporate gifts are consistent with the overall brand guidelines – if you have any branding questions please send them through to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The webstore will still be available for other assets such training course materials, guidance notes and some technical check lists, it is only the corporate gift items that will no longer be available.
